The ARLIS-DVC Fall meeting will be held at Bryn Mawr College’s Carpenter Library on Thursday, October 19th. We are looking forward to a great meeting on a beautiful campus. Special thanks to Jeremy Blatchley for coordinating arrangements at Bryn Mawr and at Harriton House.
Carole Ann Fabian, our Northeast Regional Representative, will be attending this meeting and joining us in our Affiliation Agreement discussion. We will also be holding elections, appointing the next Travel Award Committee, and deciding our annual contribution in support of the 2007 ARLIS/NA conference. Read the rest of this entry »

Just a reminder that the deadline for applications for the ARLIS/NA Internship Award is October 3rd. Please help alert potential applicants.
The Internship Award helps a qualified student or recent graduate to design an internship in art librarianship or visual resources curation at any valid institution. In addition to financial assistance of $2500, the award also provides high visibility to its winner. Recipients during the first few years of this program have obtained admirable positions in their chosen field.
