I had something like this Visual Resources link in mind:

Really, though it could be useful for any blog discussing Visual Resources where we might want to quickly put up details of images. I’m primarily thinking of how VRA-L has constant requests for image identifications of details, etc. mypictr can be one part of the puzzle of linking directly to the images (RSS is another big component, of course!).
